We have been involved with
a number of slitting solutions, ranging from simple add-on slitting
sections to complete slitting machines. We have experience in score
or crushcut slitting, shear slitting and razor slitting
systems.
The first picture is of a complete duplex
slitter for paper products. It consists of a single position unwind,
a dancer module and the duplex slitter. It is capable of drum
winding, center torque winding with differential shafts, or a
combination of the two. It is 60" wide and capable of speeds up to
1500 fpm.
The second picture is
of a complete slitter designed to slit prepreg graphite cloth.
It includes dancer controlled tension, and a double winder for
separating the material onto two mandrels after slitting.
