This is a single color rotogravure coater which was built to be used inline with a film casting and laminating line. It includes pan lift mechanism, oscillating doctor blade, driven smoothing roll, and easily changed rotogravure roll. Three of these units were eventually built.

This is part of a graphite cloth prepreg filmer leaving the fabrication shop for installation at the customer. This system includes multiple unwinds, two rewinders, and two nip roll units. It is designed for high pressures and tensions at low speed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a project to add a rotary screen coater to an existing Mark Andy printing press. The screen coater was mounted into the frame section, the press was split and moved to make room for the new frame, and the lineshaft drive was adapted to the new rotary screen coater. This is a label printing operation.
